摘　　要：本文对目前我国电动摩托车生产准入政策与电动摩托车产品强制认证制度进行了详细解读,重点介绍了电动摩托车生产企业的准入条件、准入审批和监督管理制度,以及电动摩托车产品CCC认证流程、型式试验、工厂检查、获证后监督等强制认证制度,以便电动摩托车生产企业完成生产准入与产品认证工作。This article provides a detailed interpretation of the current production access policies and the compulsory certification system for electric motorcycle products in China.It introduces the access conditions and the access approval and supervision management system of electric motorcycle production enterprises,as well as the compulsory certification system for electric motorcycle products such as CCC certification process,type testing,factory inspection,and post certification supervision,which will provide reference for electric motorcycle manufacturers to complete production access and product certification work.
