浅谈小型锅炉“低压高用”的危害与安全监管

摘　　要：锅炉是一种对人身和财产安全有较大危险性的特种设备,国家明确规定设计正常水位容积超过30 L、且额定工作压力超过0.1 MPa的锅炉纳入特种设备监督管理范围。针对小型锅炉在使用运行中存在的“低压高用”违法行为,本文结合案例分析危害现状,阐述小型锅炉“低压高用”监管必要性,并提出可操作性意见与建议,以期能够提高安全监管水平。Boiler is a special equipment that poses significant risks to personal and property safety.The state clearly stipulates that boilers with a designed normal water level volume exceeding 30 L and a rated working pressure exceeding 0.1 MPa should be included in the scope of special equipment supervision and management.In response to the illegal behavior of“low pressure and high usage”in the use and operation of small boilers,this article analyzes the current situation of harm through case studies,elaborates on the necessity of regulating the“low pressure and high usage”of small boilers,and puts forward actionable opinions and suggestions to improve the level of safety supervision.
