基于“评教评学”双向评价模式的课程标准化评价方法研究

摘  要:“评教评学”是高校教师教学质量评价工作的重要环节,也是学生评估教师教学质量,教师评价学生学习情况的缩写。在高校管理中,评教与评学一直是衡量教学质量、评判教师履职的重要方面。但是,在当前的教学实践中,“评教评学”存在体系不健全、标准不清晰、参与者认知模糊等困境。基于此,本文从“评教评学”的困境入手,从教师端出发,在现状下找寻基于“评教评学”双向评价模式的内在联系与联动机制,以此反哺课堂教学,并提出课程标准化评价方法,旨在助力高校建立完善的“评教评学”体系。“Evaluation of teaching and learning”is an important link in the evaluation of teaching quality of college teachers,and it is also a method for students to evaluate teachers’teaching quality and teachers to evaluate students’learning.In the management of colleges and universities,the evaluation of teaching and learning has always been an important aspect to measure the quality of teaching and judge the performance of teachers’duties.However,in the current teaching practice,there are some difficulties in the“evaluation of teaching and learning”,such as the imperfect system,the unclear standards and the participants’vague cognition.Based on this,this paper,starting from the dilemma of“evaluation of teaching and learning”and the teachers’side,seeks the internal connection and linkage mechanism based on the two-way evaluation mode of“evaluation of teaching and learning”under the current situation,so as to give feedback to classroom teaching,and puts forward the standardized evaluation method of curriculum,aiming at helping colleges and universities to establish a perfect system of“evaluation of teaching and learning”.
