胺碘酮联合美托洛尔标准化治疗用于冠心病心律失常的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究在冠心病心律失常治疗中采取胺碘酮联合美托洛尔标准化治疗方案的效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月在武威市凉州医院治疗的冠心病心律失常患者82例,分为对照组和研究组,各41例,对照组单用胺碘酮,研究组采取胺碘酮联合美托洛尔标准化治疗方案,对比两组临床治疗总有效率、不良反应、心功能指标。结果:临床治疗总有效率组间对比,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者左室射血分数、心排血量高于对照组,心率、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合美托洛尔标准化治疗方案在冠心病心律失常患者治疗中使用,可以改善患者心功能,用药效果好、安全性高。Objective:To investigate the eff ect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia treated in Liangzhou Hospital,Wuwei city from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received amiodarone alone,and the study group received standardized treatment scheme of amiodarone combined with metoprolol.The total clinical treatment rate,adverse reactions and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P﹥0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while heart rate,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with metoprolol can improve the cardiac function of patients with arrhythmia in coronary heart disease with good effi cacy and high safety.
