医护一体标准化护理在PET-CT检查中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究对PET-CT检查患者采取医护一体标准化护理的临床应用价值。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月在南华大学附属第二医院接受检查的88例患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方式分为对照组和观察组,各44例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予医护一体标准化护理措施,对比两组患者心理情绪评分、检查数据、护理满意度评分以及检查依从度。结果:护理后,观察组心理情绪评分优于对照组;观察组各项检查数据优于对照组;观察组护理满意度评分总分高于对照组;观察组检查依从度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对接受PET-CT检查的患者采用医护一体标准化护理,能够有效降低患者的负面情绪,缩短检查时间,提升检查结果的精准度以及患者的护理满意度,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of integrated standardized nursing for patients undergoing PET-CT examination.Methods:A total of 88 patients who were examined in the Second Hospital,University of South China from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given standardized nursing measures.The psychological and emotional scores,examination data,nursing satisfaction scores and examination compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the psychological and emotional score of the observation group was better than that of the control group;The test data of the observation group was better than that of the control group;The total score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of standardized nursing for patients receiving PET-CT examination can eff ectively reduce the negative emotions of patients,shorten the examination time,improve the accuracy of examination results and the satisfaction of patients’nursing,which has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
