摘 要:为满足农业机械生产制造对轮盘零件的需求,以轮盘零件为研究对象,围绕轮盘的数控加工工艺进行探究。在分析以计算机软件为基础的轮盘零件加工工艺流程基础上,探索了轮盘数控建模方法和虚拟仿真加工方法,与传统数控加工方法进行比较,结果显示改进后的轮盘零件数控加工效率和加工精度显著高于优化前。In order to meet the demand for wheel disc components in agricultural machinery manufacture the CNC ma-chining technology for wheel disc components was focused on the machining process of wheel disc parts.Based on analy-sis of processing procedure of wheel disc component with computer software,CNC modeling methods and virtual simula-tion machining method were explored and compared with traditional CNC machining method.The results showed that the CNC machining efficiency and accuracy by the improved wheel disc machining method were significantly higher than that before optimization.
