摘 要:为提高农机装备整体性能,以农业机械零件加工为切入点,探索基于数控技术和智能算法的农机扇轮加工技术要点,提出运用轨迹规划算法和虚拟仿真技术实现农业机械零件数控加工。农业机械零件的数控加工过程中,运用刀具智能轨迹规划技术和虚拟仿真技术,能显著提升零件加工效率和精度,在农机零件设计与制造领域推广和应用数控加工技术具有重要意义。In order to improve the overall performance of agricultural machinery and equipment,taking the processing of agricultural machinery parts as the research object,the key points of agricultural machinery fan wheel processing technolo-gy was explored based on numerical control technology and intelligent algorithms,and the use of trajectory planning algo-rithms and virtual simulation technology were proposed for the numerical control processing of agricultural machinery parts.The use of intelligent tool trajectory planning technology and virtual simulation technology in CNC machining of ag-ricultural machinery parts could significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of machinery part processing,which rec-ommended to promote and apply CNC machining technology in the field of agricultural machinery part design and manu-facturing.
