明光市果树机械化管理现状剖析与策略新探

摘　　要：随着农业生产技术的发展,果树机械化已经逐步成为现代果树生产和发展的新趋势。果树机械化管理不仅能有效提升劳动效率,还能促进果树产业结构升级,以促使果树生产效益不断提升。当前我国现有的果树管理方式依旧较为传统,且机械化管理从业人员素质不高,难以达到大规模全面机械化作业的目标。因此根据当前果树机械化管理存在的问题,提出针对性的方案,为果树生产与种植业的发展奠定基础。在分析当前机械化管理存在的问题的基础上,提出多主体机械化应用以及引进经营管理人才等多种优化果树机械化的管理方式,为相关人员提供参考。With the development of agricultural production technology,fruit mechanization has gradually become a new trend of modern fruit production and development.The mechanized management of fruit trees can not only effectively im-prove the labor efficiency,but also promote the upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure of fruit trees,so as to pro-mote the continuous improvement of the production efficiency of fruit trees.However,the current management of fruit trees in China is still relatively traditional,and the quality of mechanized management practitioners is not so high,it is difficult to achieve the goal of large-scale and comprehensive mechanization.Therefore,according to existing problems in current mechanized management of fruit trees,targeted plans were proposed,so as to lay the foundation for the development of fruit production and planting industry.Based on analysis of the problems existing in mechanized management of fruit trees,a variety of management methods to optimize the mechanization of fruit trees were proposed such as the use of multi-agent mechanization and the introduction of management talents,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
