摘 要:以农业废弃物花生壳为原料,经H_(2)O_(2)改性处理,将改性后的花生壳作为吸附材料,对Cu^(2+)进行吸附性能研究.电镜扫描发现,改性处理后的花生壳表面结构得到改变,对Cu^(2+)的吸附能力增强.在波长575 nm时,用紫外分光光度法测量一系列不同浓度的Cu^(2+)标准溶液的吸光度,绘制Cu^(2+)标准曲线.利用控制变量法,探讨改性剂质量分数、吸附剂用量、pH值、时间、温度、初始浓度等因素对Cu^(2+)吸附效果的影响.实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件是改性剂质量分数为25%、吸附剂用量为0.1 g、初始溶液pH值为6、吸附时间为100 min、吸附温度为40℃、溶液初始浓度为2 mg/L.在最佳工艺条件下,铜去除率达87.7%.研究结果可为农业废弃物的资源化利用提供新途径,并为铜离子的去除提供有效技术支撑.In this paper,agricultural waste peanut shells were used as a raw materials,modified by H_(2)O_(2),and the modified peanut shell was used as adsorption material to study the adsorption performance of Cu^(2+).Through electron microscope scanning,it was found that the surface structure of the modified peanut shell was changed,and the adsorption capacity of Cu^(2+)was enhanced.At 575 nm wavelength,the absorbance of a series of Cu^(2+)standard solutions with different concentrations was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the Cu^(2+)standard curve was drawn.The adsorption effects of modifier mass fraction,adsorbent amount,pH value,time,temperature and initial concentration on Cu^(2+)were investigated by using control variable method.The optimum conditions were as follows:25%modifier,0.1g adsorbent,6 pH value of initial solution,100 min adsorption time,40℃adsorption temperature and 2 mg/L initial concentration.Under the optimum conditions,the removal rate of copper reached 87.7%.The findings provide a novel approach for the resource utilization of agricultural waste and effective technical support for the removal of copper ions.
