摘 要:T-NPC三电平逆变器作为中高功率发电领域应用极为广泛的拓扑,对提高电能转换效率起到极大促进作用。研究了基于T-NPC三电平逆变器的新型PET拓扑结构,该拓扑结构将传统变压器的两电平逆变器替换为T-NPC结构的三电平逆变器,以进一步减少谐波、降低损耗。MATLAB/Simulink仿真实验验证了T-NPC型三电平结构控制策略的可行性和有效性。T-NPC three-level inverters have found extensive application in the field of medium-power and high-power generations,and facilitated greatly the improvement of energy conversion efficiency.The present work studied a new-type of topological structure for power electronic transformers based on the T-NPC three-level inverter.By substituting two-level inverter in conventional PETs with the T-NPC three-level inverter,the proposed control strategy was expected to suppress harmonics and reduce losses.The proposed control strategy was preliminarily indicated feasible and effective through a MATLAB/Simulink simulative experiment.
