摘 要:城市核心区域对供电可靠能力及优质服务要求较高,为建设高可靠性配电网,首先需要对核心区域变电站的供电能力和特殊情况下的负荷转供能力进行分析。基于城市核心区域配网特点,提出变电站10 kV某段母线故障或检修停电、变电站全停两种场景下的负荷转供优化方案,并通过案例对该方案的成效进行验证,结果表明该方案可提高变电站负荷转供能力,减少负荷损失,可为高可靠供电能力的城市核心区域变电站负荷转供能力分析提供借鉴和参考。The core urban area has high requirements for electric supply reliability and quality.To build a high-reliability distributing network,it is necessary to first analyze the substations′ supply and load transfer capabilities under specific conditions in the core areas.By considering the characteristics of distributing networks in core urban areas,this work proposed an optimized load transfer scheme for a substation located in core urban area to cope with two conditions,i.e.,uni-segmental 10 kV busbar outage,and complete outage.The proposed scheme was verified through a case study to facilitate improving load transfer capability of the substation and reducing load losses,and thereby may provide potential inspiration for load transfer capability analysis on substations in core urban areas.
