摘 要:三相五柱变压器广泛应用于我国配电网中,为供电所的重要设备。随着特高压技术的不断发展,近年来直流偏磁现象出现得愈来愈频繁。直流偏磁现象对变压器的危害极其严重,其中包括铁心饱和、损耗增加、温升振动等,均影响变压器正常运行,严重情况下甚至可能影响电网稳定,故有必要对直流偏磁现象进行研究。建立三相五柱变压器三维有限元场路耦合计算模型,以分析负载侧带有不同性质负载发生直流偏磁时电流畸变的方式,并分析物理原因。Three-phase five-limb transformers are widely used in China′s distributing networks and are important equipment in supply stations.With the continuous development of ultra-high voltage technology,the phenomenon of DC bias has become increasingly frequent in recent years.DC bias is extremely harmful to transformers,including core saturation,increased losses,temperature rise vibration,all of which affect the normal operation of transformers.In severe cases,it may even affect the stability of power grid.Therefore this paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element field circuit coupling calculation model for three-phase five-limb transformers to analyze the current distortion mode and physical reasons when DC bias occurs on the load side with different properties of loads.
