摘  要:某火电厂#2发电机增容改造过程中A相绕组因绝缘破损故障未能通过直流泄漏电流及直流耐压试验。对#2发电机定子绕组绝缘破损故障原因进行分析,提出相应的现场处理方案,缩短处理时间。对定子端部结构及线棒固定方式进行优化,解决定子线棒绝缘故障及端部拉紧楔块松动隐患,保障设备增容后长期运行可靠性。During the capacity expansion retrofit of generator #2 in an actual thermal power plant,the A-phase winding failed to pass the direct-current leakage and direct-current voltage withstanding tests due to insulation damage fault.The causes of insulation damage in the stator winding were analyzed,and the corresponding on-site swift handling scheme was proposed.Furthermore,the stator′s end structure and the fixing method of stator bar were optimized,so as to address the potential hazards of stator bar insulation fault and loosening of stator end tightening wedge,ensuring long-term post-retrofit reliability of the equipment.
