摘  要:随着畜牧业的迅速发展,我国常规饲料来源已无法满足畜牧生产的需求,因此亟需开发利用新型饲料原料以拓宽饲料来源,缓解人畜争粮矛盾。饲料桑具有营养成分全面、含量丰富、抗逆性好、产量高等优点,具有极大的开发潜力,且其在提高畜禽抗逆性、改善畜禽产品品质方面效果显著。为此,本文从饲料桑的生物学特性、营养价值、功能活性物质及其在畜禽生产中的应用等方面阐述其研究进展,并就山东发展饲料桑产业提出政策性和技术性建议,以期为山东省饲料桑的进一步开发利用提供参考。With the rapid development of livestock husbandry,the conventional feed sources have been unable to meet the needs of livestock production in China.Therefore,it is urgent to develop and utilize new feed materials,expand feed sources,and alleviate the contradiction between human and animal competing for food.Feed mulberry has the advantages of comprehensive nutrition and rich content,good stress resistance and high yield,so it has great potential for development.It also can improve the stress resistance of livestock and poultry,improve the quality of livestock and poultry products.Therefore,the research progress of feed mul-berry was summarized from the aspects of biological characteristics,nutritional value,functional active sub-stances and its application in livestock and poultry production in this paper.And then,some policy and techni-cal advices were put forward for the feed mulberry industry development in Shandong Province,aiming to pro-vide the reference for further development and utilization of feed mulberry in Shandong Province.
