摘　　要：本文以宁夏固海扬水灌区节水型灌区为例,对宁夏中部干旱带的现状与建设实践进行了分析。宁夏固海扬水灌区为应对水资源紧缺以及气候干旱、降水稀少等挑战,积极推进节水型灌区建设,通过扬水工程更新改造、推广高效节水灌溉技术、优化水资源管理机制、推动信息化管理以及水价综合改革,促进水资源集约节约利用,推动现代农业高质量发展,为宁夏中部干旱带生态环境保护、民族团结和社会稳定、经济社会可持续发展提供坚实保障。This paper analyzes the current situation and construction practice in the central arid zone of Ningxia with the example of water-saving irrigation district in Ningxia Guhai Yangshui Irrigation District.In order to cope with the challenges of water resource shortage,climate drought and scarce precipitation,Guhai Irrigation District of Ningxia actively promotes the construction of water-saving irrigation district,promotes the intensive and economical utilization of water resources and promotes the high-quality development of modern agriculture through the renovation and transformation of water lifting projects,the promotion of efficient water-saving irrigation technology,the optimization of water resource management mechanism,the promotion of information management and the comprehensive reform of water price.It provides a solid guarantee for ecological and environmental protection,national and social stability and sustainable economic and social development in the arid zone of central Ningxia.
