摘　　要：技术开发是企业科技创新的一种方式,对企业产业升级有重要的促进作用。本文从技术开发合同的签订背景、重要性、签订前准备工作、合同主要要素、注意事项、履行与管理等内容入手,探讨技术开发合同的编制过程和注意事项,助力企业科技创新、促进经济高质量发展和产业优化升级,明确其在促进技术创新和推动经济发展中的重要作用。此外,本文深入探讨了技术开发合同的应用发展及进一步研究方向,以期为相关工作提供参考和借鉴。Technological development is a way for enterprises to engage in technological innovation,which plays an important role in promoting industrial upgrading.The article elaborates on the background,importance,preparation work before signing,main elements of the contract,precautions,performance and management of technology development contracts,and explores the process and precautions of preparing technology development contracts to assist enterprises in technological innovation,promote high-quality economic development and industrial optimization and upgrading,and clarify their importance in promoting technological innovation and economic development.This article also explores the development and further research directions of the application of technology development contracts.
