摘　　要：为有效破解产学研创新发展视角下资源配置不均衡、新质人才供需失衡困境,以轨道交通产业学院为例,探析产学研创新发展视角下新质产业学院的实施路径,创新新质产业学院运行模式,打造了融专业一流的高层次创新人才培养、专业共建、科学研究、社会服务等功能为一体的示范性人才培养实体,形成产教融合新生态、新典范。In order to effectively solve the dilemma of unbalanced resource allocation and unbalanced supply and demand of new quality talents from the perspective of innovative development of industry,university and research,this paper analyzes the implementation path of new quality industry college from the perspective of innovative development of industry,university and research institute,and innovates the operation mode of new quality industry college.It has created an exemplary talent training entity integrating the functions of professional first-class high-level innovative talent training,professional co-construction,scientific research,and social service,forming a new ecology and a new model of the integration of production and education.
