摘 要:农业的数字化转型是发展农业新质生产力的重要体现,我国农产品产销体系正在加速数字化转型,对中国式农业现代化的实现和食品供应链效率的提升产生了积极深远的影响。本文首先从政策环境、技术环境和社会环境层面阐述数字赋能农产品产销体系建设的背景和逻辑;其次,通过对先进的信息技术、智能设备在农产品产销体系建设中的创新应用样态和丰富场景的观察,系统总结了数字赋能农产品产销体系的主要融合发展模式,深入分析了我国农产品产销体系数字化转型的发展特点;再次,剖析了数字赋能农产品产销体系建设面临的数字化基础设施不足、数字技术适用性不强、人才和资金匮乏、农产品供应链阻梗等问题;最后,从农业全产业链数字化转型视角,提出了进一步优化数字赋能农产品产销体系建设环境、加大产销直联和资源整合力度,加快农业数字科技创新和供给,提升农业社会化服务和规模经营组织整体素质等对策建议。The digital transformation of agriculture is an important manifestation of developing new quality productivity in agriculture.Chinese agricultural product production and sales system is accelerating its digital transformation,which has a positive and far-reaching impact on the realization of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristic and the improvement of food supply chain efficiency.Firstly,the background and logic of building a digital empowered agricultural product production and sales system from the perspectives of policy environment,technological environment and social environment are elaborated.Secondly,by observing the innovative application patterns and rich scenarios of advanced information technology and intelligent devices in the construction of agricultural product production and sales system,the main integrated development modes of digital empowerment of agricultural product production and sales system are systematically summarized,and the development characteristics of digital transformation of China's agricultural product production and sales system are deeply analyzed.Thirdly,the problems faced by the construction of a digital empowered agricultural product production and sales system are analyzed,such as insufficient digital infrastructure,weak applicability of digital technology,lack of talent and funding,and obstacles in the agricultural product supply chain.Finally,from the perspective of digital transformation of the entire agricultural industry chain,suggestions such as further optimizing the construction environment of the digital empowerment for agricultural product production and sales system,intensifying efforts in direct sale linkage and resource integration,accelerating innovation and supply of agricultural digital technology,and enhancing the overall quality of agricultural socialized services and scale operation organizations are put forward.
