摘　　要：水晶冰菜是一种新兴的保健蔬菜,在北方地区已成为新型经济农作物之一。为进一步提高北方地区水晶冰菜的产量和品质,发展高效益设施蔬菜栽培,促进农业生产节能增效、农民增收,通过日光温室水晶冰菜栽培示范,实现667 m^(2)效益达7万元,经济效益可观。本文从水晶冰菜的茬口安排、育苗管理、田间栽培、病虫害综合防治、适时采收等关键环节总结了北方地区日光温室水晶冰菜栽培技术,为种植者提供理论支持。Mesembryanthemum crystallinum is a new health-care vegetable,which has become one of the new economic crops in the north.In order to further improve the yield and quality of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum in northern China,develop high-benefit facility vegetable cultivation,promote energy-saving agricultural production and increase farmers' income,through the demonstration of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum cultivation in greenhouse,the economic benefit achieved 70 000 yuan per 667 m^(2).The cultivation technologies of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum in greenhouse in northern China were summarized from the aspects of stubble arrangement,seedling management,field cultivation,integrated control of disease and pest and timely harvest to provide theoretical support for farmers.
