摘　　要：冒顶片帮事故数量占非煤矿山事故第一位,有效预防冒顶片帮事故成为非煤矿山安全管理的第一要务。以李楼铁矿为例,从技术措施、组织措施、管理措施3个方面梳理矿山预防冒顶片帮问题的措施及管理经验,对同类型矿山制定冒顶片帮的预防及管理方案具有参考意义。The number of roof falling and rib spalling accidents account for the first place in non-coal mine accidents.Effective prevention of roof fall accidents has become the first priority of non-coal mine safety management.Taking Lilou Iron Mine as an example,this paper combs the measures and management experience of mine prevention of roof falling and rib spalling from three aspects of technical measures,organizational measures and management measures,which has reference significance for the prevention and management of roof falling and rib spalling in the same type of mines.
