某地下铁矿大型采场上向中深孔减震爆破技术研究

摘  要:某大型地下铁矿山采用大结构阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法采矿,采用上向扇形中深孔爆破落矿。目前该矿开采水平距地表较近,为降低地下大规模生产爆破对地表产生的影响,开展中深孔减震爆破技术研究。基于爆破振动传播规律的理论分析,针对不同水平确定了单段最大装药量;提出了“V”型起爆以及电子雷管微差起爆的减震措施,在精细化施工的基础上减弱爆破振动波。经过现场实践表明,以上方案达到了减震爆破的效果,对同类型矿山具有参考价值。A large underground iron mine adopts the large structure stage open stoping and subsequent filling mining method,and adopts the upward fan-shaped medium-deep hole blasting.At present,the mining level of the mine is close to the surface.In order to reduce the influence of underground large scale production blasting on the surface,the research on medium-deep hole damping blasting technology is carried out.Based on the theoretical analysis of the propagation law of blasting vibration,the maximum single-stage charge is determined for different levels.The shock absorption measures of'V'type initiation and electronic detonator millisecond initiation are put forward to reduce the blasting vibration wave on the basis of fine construction.The field practice shows that the above scheme has achieved the effect of shock absorption blasting,which has reference value for the same type of mine.
