摘  要:李楼铁矿采用分段凿岩阶段嗣后充填采矿法,多分层切割天井数量多,高度大。为了安全、快速形成切割槽,通过分析矿山目前的技术现状,确定采取大孔径空孔+中深孔一次爆破快速成井的施工方式。采用cy-R40C型天井钻机施工大孔径空孔,采用液压凿岩台车施工中深孔扩井,具有机械化程度高、作业安全、劳动强度低等优点。为了减少柴油铲运机松动出矿量,增大电动铲运机在集中出矿水平出矿量,提出一种切割巷爆破自下而上“反向”拉槽新技术,在较短时间内将采场切割槽拉透,有助于快速形成大规模落矿和出矿的能力。Lilou Iron Mine adopts the sublevel drilling stage subsequent filling mining method,and the number of multi-layer cutting patio is large and the height is large.In order to safely and quickly form a cutting groove,by analyzing the current technical status of the mine,the construction method of large-diameter empty hole+medium-deep hole one-time blasting and rapid well completion is determined.The cy R40 C type patio drilling rig is used to construct the large aperture empty hole,and the hydraulic drilling jumbo is used to construct the medium and deep hole expansion well,which has the advantages of high mechanization degree,safe operation and low labor intensity.In order to reduce the loose ore output of diesel scraper and increase the ore output of electric scraper at the concentrated ore output level,a new technology of bottom-up'reverse'grooving in cutting roadway blasting is proposed,which can pull through the cutting groove of the stope in a short time,which is helpful to quickly form the ability of large-scale ore falling and ore output.
