摘 要:为提高安徽开发矿业入选原矿品位,降低选矿直接入选成本,进行了预先抛尾处理条件试验,分析了CTDG1218-6000Gs干式磁选机磁偏角、皮带变频器频率、分料挡板位置对干选指标的影响。结果表明,在干式磁选机磁偏角为85°、皮带变频器频率为42 Hz、分料挡板位置在原位置(距离干选磁滚筒中心横向1 400 mm,纵向1 000 mm)时,干选指标最佳。工艺优化后年可节约生产成本60.05万元/a,抛出废石用于建筑业市售砂石,可增加收益79.74万元/a。对干选磁选机进行工艺参数调整研究与应用具有重要意义。In order to improve the raw ore grade of Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd.and reduce the cost of direct beneficiation,the test of pre-discarding tailings treatment conditions are carried out.The effects of magnetic deflection angle of CTDG1218-6000Gs dry magnetic separator,frequency of belt frequency converter and position of separation baffle on dry separation index are analyzed.The results show that the dry separation index is the optimum when the magnetic declination of the dry magnetic separator is 85°,the frequency of the belt frequency converter is 42 Hz,and the position of the separating baffle is in the original position(1400 mm horizontally from the center of the dry magnetic drum,1000 mm longitudinally).After the optimization of the process,the annual production cost can be saved by 600.5 thousand yuan,and the waste rock thrown out for the construction industry can increase the annual income by 797.4 thousand yuan.It is of great significance to study and apply the process parameters adjustment of dry magnetic separator.
