摘  要:大冶铁矿-360 m中段开拓和采准工程滞后,产能不足,要稳定产能,需增大首采矿块采场结构参数。为确定强采采场相对安全经济的结构参数,采用FLAC3D数值模拟,分析了不同结构参数采场在回采和充填过程中顶板、充填体矿柱的位移及塑性区分布特征,对比了不同采场结构参数方案的采切工程量和采场生产能力,确定了东、西区高强度开采采场的合理结构参数。研究结果表明,增大结构参数后的采场采切工程量降低了28.5%,综合生产能力提高了24.2%,有助于大冶铁矿在当前采掘失调的状态下缩短采场的准备周期,保证矿山接续开采过程中的产能均衡。The development and mining stage of the-360 m middle section of Daye Iron Mine is lagging behind,and the production capacity is insufficient.In order to determine the relatively safe and economic structural parameters of a strong mining stope,FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to analyze the displacement and plastic zone distribution characteristics of the roof and backfill in the stope with different structural parameters during the stope stope and filling process,and compare the mining quantity and stope production capacity of different stope structural parameter schemes.The reasonable structural parameters of high intensity mining stope in the east and west are determined.The research results show that after increasing the structural parameters,the quantity of stope cutting works is reduced by 28.5%,and the comprehensive production capacity is increased by 24.2%,which is helpful to shorten the stope preparation period under the current state of mining imbalance,and ensure the productivity balance in the process of continuous mining.
