摘 要:针对三道沟煤矿45203工作面含泥岩夹层巷道在回采中存在的严重变形问题,采用现场监测、理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,系统研究了这类巷道在工作面回采扰动下的巷道变形机理及动态支护技术。结果表明:含泥岩夹层巷道变形主要以两帮变形为主,巷道两帮最大位移达357 mm,最大破坏深度达1.89 m,需对巷道进行加强支护;在煤体水平方向的剪应力与泥岩夹层接触面上产生的摩擦力相互作用下,导致泥岩夹层巷道在不同阶段表现出不同的滑移特征。基于此,提出了以“加强锚杆+预应力锚索”支护为主的含软弱夹层巷道分阶段动态支护方法。通过现场试验,顶底板移近量降低了48.3%,两帮移近量降低了58.3%,巷道变形得到了有效控制。Aiming at the serious problem of roadway deformation in the mining process of 45203 mud bearing interlayer roadway in Sandaogou Coal Mine,the mechanism of roadway deformation and dynamic support technology under the disturbance of mining face are systematically studied by the method of field monitoring,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that the deformation of mudstone interlayer roadway is mainly two-wall deformation,the maximum displacement of two walls of roadway is 357 mm,the maximum failure depth is 1.89 m,and the roadway should be strengthened.Due to the interaction between the horizontal shear stress of coal and the friction generated by the contact surface of mudstone interlayer,the roadway of mudstone interlayer shows different sliding characteristics at different stages.Based on this,a multi-stage dynamic support method of roadway with weak interlayer based on"reinforced bolt+prestressed anchor cable"support is proposed.Through the field test,the displacement of top and bottom is reduced by 48.3%,the displacement of two sides is reduced by 58.3%,and the roadway deformation is effectively controlled.
