摘 要:为了进一步探讨添加助磨剂后不同因素对钼矿磨矿效果的影响,以伊春鹿鸣钼矿为研究对象,以磨矿浓度、介质填充率和磨矿时间作为变量,设计了L_(9)(3^(3))正交试验,同时分别在各组掺入不同助磨剂,分析添加助磨剂后3个因素对磨矿效果的影响。试验结果表明:未掺入助磨剂时,对钼矿磨矿效率的影响顺序为磨矿时间>磨矿浓度>介质填充率,其最佳组合为磨矿浓度55%,介质填充率30%,磨矿时间7 min;添加助磨剂后,助磨剂与磨矿浓度和介质填充率发生交互作用时,介质填充率和磨矿浓度对磨矿效率的影响程度随着助磨剂种类改变而发生变化;当磨矿浓度为62.5%、介质填充率为27%、添加TEA时,-0.074 mm占比最多,磨矿效果最佳;在磨矿时间相同的条件下,添加助磨剂使钼矿磨矿后的颗粒粒级向更细的方向移动,在磨矿浓度为70%、介质填充率为24%、磨矿时间为7 min的条件下,添加4种助磨剂后的磨矿效果均有不同程度的提高,磨机利用率较好;不同种类的助磨剂与磨矿浓度和介质填充率发生交互作用,影响磨矿效果,当磨矿时间一定时,磨矿浓度和介质填充率交互作用时,助磨剂是影响磨矿效果的主要因素。因此,磨矿时使用不同的助磨剂,相应地改变磨矿条件,更有利于提高磨矿效率,降低能耗,该研究可为磨矿工艺优化提供理论参考。In order to further explore the influence of different factors on the grinding effect of molyb denum ore after adding grinding aids,taking Yichun Luming Molybdenum Mine as the research object,the L_(9)(3^(3)) orthogonal test is designed with grinding concentration,medium filling rate and grinding time as vari ables. At the same time,different grinding aids are added to each group to analyze the influence of three fac tors on the grinding effect after adding grinding aids.The results show that when no grinding aid is added, the order of influence on the grinding efficiency of molybdenum ore is grinding time>grinding concentration> medium filling rate,and the optimal combination is grinding concentration 55%,medium filling rate 30% and grinding time 7 min. After adding grinding aids,when grinding aids interact with grinding concentration and medium filling rate,the influence of medium filling rate and grinding concentration on grinding efficien cy varies with the type of grinding aids.When the grinding concentration is 62.5%,the medium filling rate is 27%,and TEA is added,the proportion of -0.074 mm is the most,and the grinding effect is the best. Under the condition of the same grinding time,the addition of grinding aids makes the particle size of molybdenum ore after grinding move to a finer direction. Under the condition of grinding concentration of 70%,medium filling rate of 24% and grinding time of 7 min,the grinding effect after adding four grinding aids is improved to varying degrees,and the utilization rate of mill is better.Different types of grinding aids interact with grinding concentration and medium filling rate,which affects the grinding effect. When the grinding time is constant,when the grinding concentration and medium filling rate interact,the grinding aid is the main fac tor affecting the grinding effect. Therefore,the use of different grinding aids during grinding and the corre sponding change of grinding conditions are more conducive to improving grinding efficiency and reducing en ergy consump
