摘 要:某难选铁矿石全铁品位为32.80%,矿物组成复杂且矿物嵌布粒度微细,为确定后续合理的磨选工艺,进行了选矿工艺试验。试验结果表明:采用阶段磨矿—磁选—淘洗提质工艺,在一段磨矿细度为-74μm85%,二段磨矿细度为-45μm75%的条件下,可获得产率为39.47%、铁品位为65.14%、铁回收率为78.38%的铁精矿,尾矿铁品位为11.71%,获得了满意的试验指标。The total iron grade of a refractory iron ore is 32.80%.The mineral composition is complex and the particle size of the mineral is fine.In order to determine the subsequent reasonable grinding process,the beneficiation process test is carried out.The test results show that the iron concentrate with yield of 39.47%,iron grade of 65.14%and iron recovery of 78.38%can be obtained by stage grinding-magnetic separation-elutriation upgrading process under the conditions of grinding fineness of-74μm 85%in the first stage and grinding fineness of-45μm 75%in the second stage.The iron grade of tailings is 11.71%.Satisfactory test indexes are obtained.
