摘 要:为了提高江西某黑钨矿山的钨细泥选矿指标,在钨细泥性质研究的基础上,钨品位0.16%的钨细泥经高梯度磁选1粗1扫分选,再经离心选矿深度精选工艺流程,工业现场应用获得了精矿钨品位0.89%、钨回收率81.56%的选矿指标,实现了较好的分选效果,为后续精选作业创造了有利条件。In order to improve the beneficiation index of tungsten fine slime in a wolframite mine in Jiangxi Province,based on the study of the properties of tungsten fine slime,the tungsten fine slime with tungsten grade of 0.16%is separated by one roughing and one scavenging high gradient magnetic separation,and then by centrifugal beneficiation process.The beneficiation index of tungsten concentrate with tungsten grade of 0.89%and tungsten recovery of 81.56%is obtained by the industrial field application,which achieved good separation effect and created favorable conditions for subsequent cleaning operations.
