摘 要:辽宁某低品位硼镁铁矿中有价金属种类多,包括硼、铁、镁等,但现有生产工艺仅围绕硼铁分离展开,存在硼、铁等有价组分回收率低,镁元素未回收等问题,为进一步提高该硼镁铁矿的综合利用率,实现全组分高效分离与回收,在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:针对原矿采用阶段破碎预选抛尾—磨矿弱磁选—弱磁尾矿硼镁分离新工艺,新工艺同步提取硼、铁矿物,最终得到了合格的硼铁混合精矿,其中铁品位为47.83%,铁回收率可达92.25%,B_(2)O_(3)品位为6.48%,B_(2)O_(3)回收率为60.86%;弱磁尾矿中的硼、镁分离效果较好,硼精矿B_(2)O_(3)含量15.19%,对原矿回收率28.65%;含镁矿物蛇纹石精矿达到一级品标准,产率可达12.38%;硼综合回收率可达89.51%,实现了硼、铁、镁资源的分离和综合高效回收。There are many kinds of valuable metals in a low-grade ludwigite ore in Liaoning,including boron,iron,magnesium and so on.However,the existing production process only focuses on the separation of boron and iron,and there are problems such as low recovery rate of valuable components such as boron and iron,and no recovery of magnesium.In order to further improve the comprehensive utilization rate of the ludwigite ore and realize the high efficient separation and recovery of all components,the beneficiation process test is carried out on the basis of the study of ore properties.The test results show that the new process of stage crushing pre-concentration tailings discarding-grinding low intensity magnetic separation-boron-magnesium separation on low intensity magnetic tailings is adopted for the raw ore.The new process simultaneously extracts boron and iron minerals,and finally obtains a qualified boron-iron mixed concentrate.The iron grade is 47.83%,the iron recovery rate can reach 92.25%,the B_(2)O_(3) grade is 6.48%,and the B_(2)O_(3) recovery rate is 60.86%.The separation effect of boron and magnesium in low intensity magnetic tailings is good.The content of B_(2)O_(3) in boron concentrate is 15.19%,and the recovery rate of raw ore is 28.65%.The serpentine concentrate containing magnesium mineral reaches the first grade standard,and the yield can reach 12.38%.The comprehensive recovery rate of boron can reach 89.51%,which realizes the separation and comprehensive and efficient recovery of boron,iron and magnesium resources.
