摘 要:为了有效避免矿业工程中对水资源的过度开采与浪费,确保水资源的可持续利用,针对甘肃省合作市早子沟金矿有限责任公司2 000 t/d采选配套工程的水资源管理问题,对该工程所在区域水资源及开发利用状况、取用水合理性、取水水源可靠性、取用水对水资源状况和其他用水户的潜在影响及工程退水的影响进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:该金矿采选工程符合产业政策、环保政策和水资源政策,取水水源可靠,取水、退水作业对生态环境造成的干扰较小,取排水具备较好的可行性、科学性与环保性;基于此,提出了针对性的工程补偿措施及水资源保护建议,旨在实现金矿工程可持续发展与区域生态环境双赢的局面。该研究结果可为国内同类金矿采选工程的水资源管理工作提供参考和经验借鉴。In order to effectively avoid the excessive exploitation and waste of water resources in mining engineering and ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources,aiming at the water resources management problem of 2000 t/d mining and mineral processing supporting project in Zaozigou Gold Mine Co.,Ltd.,Hezuo City,Gansu Province,the water resources and development and utilization status of the project area,the rationality of water intake and utilization,the reliability of water intake source,the potential impact of water intake and utilization on water resources status and other water users,and the impact of project water withdrawal are studied in depth.The results show that the mining and mineral processing project of the gold mine conforms to the industrial policy,environmental protection policy and water resources policy.The water source is reliable,and the interference of water intake and drainage operation on the ecological environment is small.The water intake and drainage has good feasibility,scientificity and environmental protection.Based on this,targeted engineering compensation measures and water resources protection suggestions are proposed to achieve a win-win situation between the sustainable development of gold mine projects and the regional ecological environment.The research results can provide reference and experience for the water resources management of similar gold mining and beneficiation projects in China.
