摘 要:为加快构建清洁低碳安全高效的新型能源体系,助力实现碳达峰碳中和目标,国家节能减排力度的加大,燃用垃圾的冶炼厂发电机组的高效利用是提升能源利用率的重要途径之一。本文基于对汽轮机抽汽系统的改造,改造后按照汽轮机试验规程,对汽轮机改造前后分别进行热耗和汽耗的性能试验,通过实测效率前后数据对比。分别对实测汽轮机效率前后对比分析,汽轮机效率提高明显。研究表明汽轮机抽汽系统改进案例可以广泛应用于冶炼厂的汽轮机中,降低汽耗和热耗,提高冶炼厂汽轮机组发电效率具有重要的指导意义。In order to accelerate the construction of a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient new energy system,and help achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the increase in national energy conservation and emission reduction efforts,and the efficient utilization of generator sets in waste incineration plants,is one of the important ways to improve energy utilization efficiency.T his article is based on the modification of the steam extraction system of a steam turbine.After the modification,performance tests were conducted on the heat consumption and steam consumption of the steam turbine before and after the modification according to the steam turbine test procedures.T he efficiency data before and after the modification were compared through actual measurements.Comparing and analyzing the measured efficiency of the steam turbine before and after,it was found that the efficiency of the steam turbine improved significantly.T he study of surface steam turbine extraction system improvement cases can be widely applied to steam turbines in smelters,reducing steam and heat consumption and improving the power generation efficiency of smelter steam turbine units,which has important guiding significance.
