摘  要:再生铜规模化高值化利用是铜工业可持续发展的必然要求。文章针对再生铜直接利用面临的原料质量不稳定、熔炼控制困难、产品质量难以保证等技术难题,提出了优化预处理、改进熔炼工艺、强化精炼与合金化耦合的系统解决方案,并结合典型应用实例,论证了相关对策的针对性与有效性,为再生铜产业高质量发展提供参考.The large-scale and high-value utilization of recycled copper is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of the copper industry.T he article addresses the technical challenges faced by the direct utilization of recycled copper,such as unstable raw material quality,difficulty in smelting control,and difficulty in ensuring product quality.A systematic solution is proposed to optimize pretreatment,improve smelting process,and strengthen the coupling of refining and alloying.Combined with typical application examples,the pertinence and effectiveness of relevant countermeasures are demonstrated,providing reference for the high-quality development of the recycled copper industry.
