摘　　要：随着铝合金在航空航天、汽车制造、建筑工程、船舶工业和化工领域的广泛应用,市场对高性能、超大规格铝板带材的需求显著增加。在此背景下,开发具有自主知识产权的“1+1”宽幅铝带热轧机组已成为提升我国铝加工装备制造水平的迫切需求。基于此本研究从机械设计制造专业的角度出发,结合多台铝板带热轧机组的设计与调试经验,详细阐述了3300/2800双机架宽幅铝带热轧机组的开发与应用,进而为高性能宽幅铝板带热轧机组的进一步优化设计和国产化提供理论依据和技术支持。With the widespread application of aluminum alloys in aerospace,automotive manufacturing,construction engineering,shipbuilding industry,and chemical industry,the market demand for high-performance,ultra large specification aluminum plate and strip has significantly increased.In this context,the development of a"1+1"wide aluminum strip hot rolling mill with independent intellectual property rights has become an urgent need to improve the manufacturing level of aluminum processing equipment in China.Based on this,this study starts from the perspective of mechanical design and manufacturing,combined with the design and commissioning experience of multiple aluminum plate and strip hot rolling units,and elaborates in detail on the development and application of 3300/2800 double stand wide width aluminum strip hot rolling units,providing theoretical basis and technical support for further optimization design and localization of highperformance wide width aluminum plate and strip hot rolling units.
