摘  要:为了建立一种准确测定地质样品中铂钯含量的方法,为地质研究、矿产勘探等相关领域提供可靠的元素含量数据,提出基于X射线荧光光谱法的地质样品中铂钯含量测定方法。利用探测器测量各元素的特征X荧光波长和能量,从而实现元素的定性和定量分析。将样品进行细致的研磨并烘干处理,随后使用压片机将其压制成薄片状。对原始光谱进行噪声水平去除,以提升光谱的信噪比,判断信号中噪声相对大小。测量标准溶液获取纯元素的特征峰型,并以此作为工具对重叠峰进行拟合。划定优化区间,实现重叠峰分解完成测定。研究结果表明,SP X能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪其全谱图道址在200.5时,脉冲总数高达5500,符合实验室X射线荧光光谱平台预设道址数;5个小组经过对拟合值与参考值之间进行的精密计算,所得出的曲线处理结果误差均严格控制在0.2%以内,这一数据完全符合标准所规定的误差范围。因此,说明所研究方法有效避免了因数据缩减而导致的局部最优问题,测定结果符合预期,从而提高了整体测试结果的准确性。In order to establish an accurate method for determining the platinum and palladium content in geological samples and provide reliable element content data for geological research,mineral exploration and other related fields,a method for determining the platinum and palladium content in geological samples based on X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy is proposed.By using detectors to measure the characteristic X-ray fluorescence wavelength and energy of each element,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elements can be achieved.Grind the sample finely and dry it,then press it into thin sheets using a tablet press.Remove noise levels from the original spectrum to improve its signal-to-noise ratio and determine the relative size of noise in the signal.Measure standard solutions to obtain characteristic peak shapes of pure elements,and use them as tools to fit overlapping peaks.Define optimization intervals and achieve overlapping peak decomposition to complete the measurement.The research results indicate that the SP X energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has a full spectrum channel address of 200.5,with a total of 5500 pulses,which is in line with the preset channel address number of the laboratory X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy platform;After precise calculations between the fitted values and the reference values by five groups,the error in the curve processing results was strictly controlled within 0.2%,which fully meets the error range specified by the standard.Therefore,it indicates that the research method effectively avoids the problem of local optima caused by data reduction,and the measurement results meet expectations,thereby improving the accuracy of the overall test results.
