摘　　要：现代采矿作业面临着复杂的地质条件、大型化的设备以及高强度的生产需求。随着采矿技术的不断发展,开采深度增加、开采环境更加恶劣,安全事故风险也随之升高,社会对矿业生产的安全与环保要求日益严格。本文阐述了从人员培训、设备管理、现场监管、作业流程到应急机制等多方面的对策,旨在构建全面、高效的安全管理体系,以应对现代采矿作业中的安全挑战,提高采矿作业的安全性和可持续性。Modern mining operations face complex geological conditions,large-scale equipment,and high-intensity production demands.With the continuous development of mining technology,the mining depth increases,the mining environment becomes worse,and the risk of safety accidents also increases.Society's requirements for safety and environmental protection in mining production are becoming increasingly strict.This article elaborates on various measures from personnel training,equipment management,on-site supervision,operation processes to emergency mechanisms,aiming to build a comprehensive and efficient safety management system to address safety challenges in modern mining operations and improve the safety and sustainability of mining operations.
