摘 要:航空用光电吊舱依靠内部的红外传感器和可见光传感器在空中完成对目标的探测和跟踪任务,当前光电吊舱中的红外传感器大多采用单波段的红外传感器,无法满足特殊应用场景中对中波和长波2种波段的需求。由于感光材料的限制以及经济因素,同时支持中、长波双波段的红外探测器尚未普及。文章设计了一种双视场双波段红外成像系统,介绍了双视场双波段成像系统的基本原理、双波段红外探测器选型、探测器接口驱动及时序驱动、探测器信号数模转换处理以及图像处理平台的原理,旨在提供一种高效、可靠的双视场双波段红外成像系统解决方案。Aeronautical photoelectric pods rely on internal infrared sensors and visible light sensors to complete the detection and tracking tasks of targets in the air,and most of the infrared sensors in the current photoelectric pods use single-band infrared sensors,which cannot meet the needs of medium wave and long wave bands in special application scenarios.Due to the limitation of photosensitive materials and economic factors,infrared detectors that support both medium and long wave have not yet become widespread.In this paper,a dual-field dual-band infrared imaging system is designed,and the basic principles of the dual-field dual-band imaging system are introduced,the principles of dual-band infrared detector selection,detector interface drive and timing drive,detector signal digital-to-analog conversion processing and image preprocessing platform are introduced,aiming to provide an efficient and reliable dual-field dual-band infrared imaging system solution.
