摘 要:老旧小区的居住环境可能因年久失修而变得陈旧和不安全,重划分研究有助于改善小区的绿化、照明、交通等基础设施,提升居民的居住舒适度和安全感。为此,该研究分析了老旧居民小区空间特点,基于此,以空气质量、噪声水平、交通便利性、绿化覆盖率为目标函数,结合目标权重,构建老旧居民小区同功能区域重划分模型。引入免疫机制改进免疫粒子群算法,求解该模型。实例分析结果显示:研究方法应用后同功能区域利用率明显升高。该方法能够充分利用小区现有的空间资源,通过合理布局和功能整合,提高空间利用率,减少资源浪费。The living environment in old residential areas may become outdated and unsafe due to years of disrepair.Reclassification research can help improve the infrastructure such as greenery,lighting,and transportation in residential areas,and enhance residents′living comfort and sense of security.Therefore,this study analyzed the spatial characteristics of old residential communities.Based on this,a model for redividing old residential communities into functional areas was constructed with air quality,noise level,transportation convenience,and green coverage as objective functions,combined with objective weights.Introduce immune mechanisms to improve the immune particle swarm algorithm and solve the model.The results of the case analysis show that the utilization rate of the same functional area has significantly increased after the application of the research method.This method can fully utilize the existing spatial resources in the community,improve space utilization and reduce resource waste through reasonable layout and functional integration.
