摘  要:圆形筒仓设计充分利用了薄壁筒壳结构的优越性,薄壁的配筋与受力、边缘效应、地震等因素有关,在设计过程中需要重点考虑。基于某实际工程案例,采用Midas Gen进行了整体建模计算,通过深仓贮料和浅仓贮料计算了筒仓侧壁的受力,并对各荷载工况进行了分析。由于地震力对筒仓会产生较大影响,分析了不同地震工况下地震力的大小。在此基础上,贮料荷载对于仓壁的水平作用较为明显,通过荷载组合对筒仓侧壁进行设计研究。总结了侧壁配筋的控制因素,为筒仓设计提供帮助。The design of circular silos fully utilizes the advantages of thin-walled shell structures,and the reinforcement of thin-walled structures is related to multiple factors such as stress,edge effects,and earthquakes,which need to be carefully considered in the design process.This article is based on a practical engineering case and uses Midas Gen to conduct overall modeling calculations.The forces on the side walls of the silo are calculated through slender silo pressure and shallow bin pressure,and various load conditions are analyzed.Due to the significant impact of seismic forces on silos,this article analyzes the magnitude of seismic forces under different seismic conditions.On this basis,the horizontal effect of storage load on the silo wall is more obvious,and the design research on the silo side wall is carried out through load combination.Summarized the control factors of sidewall reinforcement,provide assistance for silos design.
