摘  要:为推进新疆地区一体化均衡性发展,探究自治区内交通网络建设的通达性。本文以新疆维吾尔自治区14个地州市为研究对象,采用加权平均旅行时间可达性评价方法,结合ArcGIS软件,对比分析了2016年、2021年自治区内公路、铁路、航空等单方式交通及综合交通可达性空间格局。结果表明:(1)新疆维吾尔自治区交通可达性呈现北高南低的特征,同时“核心-边缘”结构显著;(2)2016—2021年新疆维吾尔自治区各种交通方式的可达性均有提升,可达性空间格局演化较大的是航空运输,其次是铁路运输,最后是公路及综合交通运输;(3)虽然可达性均有提升,但发展不平衡特点突出;(4)新疆地区复杂地形和地貌仍是限制交通发展的重要因素。并针对新疆现有可达性空间格局,提出促进区域可达性全面提升的对策建议。To promote the integrated and balanced development of Xinjiang,explore the accessibility of its transportation network construction.This paper takes 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang as the research object,adopts the weighted average travel time accessibility evaluation method,and combines ArcGIS software to compare and analyze the spatial patterns of single mode transportation such as highways,railways,aviation and comprehensive transportation accessibility in 2016 and 2021.The results show that:(1)The accessibility of transportation in Xinjiang shows a characteristic of high in the north and low in the south,while the"core edge"structure is significant;(2)From 2016 to 2021,the accessibility of various transportation modes in Xinjiang has improved.The spatial pattern of accessibility has evolved more in air transport,followed by railway transport,and finally in highway and comprehensive transportation.(3)Although accessibility has been improved,the characteristic of uneven development is prominent;(4)The complex terrain and landforms in Xinjiang are still important factors limiting transportation development.Finally,aiming at the existing spatial pattern of accessibility in Xinjiang,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the comprehensive improvement of regional accessibility.
