摘　　要：车辆运行政策,是大型赛事交通组织、资源调配、交通管理的基础。围绕赛事交通服务的车辆类别,提出车辆的启用与归还、车辆的使用、车辆服务范围等一般政策制定时需要考虑的因素和要点,同时对车辆故障和事故处理、证件丢失/损坏等应急处理政策的相关程序进行了阐述。制定车辆运行政策,要充分结合客户群体的交通出行特征和主办城市的交通运行特征,制定针对性强、可行性高的政策。The vehicle operation policy is the basis for the traffic organization,resource allocation and traffic management of large-scale events.Focusing on the service vehicle categories of event traffic services,put forward the factors and points that need to be considered in general policy formulation such as vehicle activation and return,vehicle use process,drivable range or area and vehicle refuelling,describe the relevant procedures of emergency handling policies,such as vehicle breakdowns and accident handling,lost or damage of vehicles access and packing permits.The formulation of vehicle operation policies should fully consider the transportation characteristics of the customer group and the transportation operation characteristics of the host city,and formulate strong targeting and high feasibility policies.
