摘　　要：自20世纪80年代以来,人类进入经济全球化的发展阶段,高等教育市场化和一体化急剧加速全球高校的国际化进程,成为当今世界高等教育发展的主要潮流。同时,我国也面临急需应用型、复合型高水平人才的现状。联合培养作为一种新型教学方式,对提升我国高等技术人才素质、跻身国际学术赛道具有举足轻重的作用。基于此,对高校国际化人才联合培养模式及机制构建进行探究,以期根据本土国家和国际院校不同的教育方式、教学理念、公共服务培养一批具有国际视野的专业人才。Since the 1980s,humanity has entered a stage of economic globalization.At the same time,the marketization and integration of higher education have accelerated the internationalization of global universities,becoming the main trend in the development of higher education.At present,China is also gradually in urgent need of high-level applied and compound talents.Joint training,as a new teaching method,plays a crucial role in improving the quality of China’s higher technical talents and entering the international academic arena.Based on this,this article explores the construction of the joint training model and mechanism for international talents in universities,aiming to cultivate a group of professional talents with an international perspective based on the different educational methods,teaching concepts,and public services between local countries and international universities.
