摘 要:在“智能制造”和“智改数转”的背景下,高等学校在培养研究生实践创新等综合能力方面面临着新的挑战,传统的培养方案难以满足社会需求。通过分析南京工业大学计算机学科硕士研究生的培养现状与社会需求的差异,总结传统培养方案在理论课程教学、实践课程教学和考核方式上的问题,针对教学内容、教学方法、考核方式和实习与科研制度四个方面提出教学改革方案,将综合素质培养和实践创新能力培养渗透到教学环节中,为社会输送高质量复合型人才。Under the background of“intelligent manufacturing”and“intelligent reform and digital transformation”,universities are facing new challenges in cultivating graduate practical innovation,and the traditional training program is difficult to meet the social needs.By analyzing the present situation of computer technology of the graduate training and social demand differences,this paper summarizes the problems of traditional training program in the theory course teaching,practice course teaching and examination methods.According to the teaching content,teaching method,evaluation methods and practice and scientific research system it puts forward the teaching reform plan to integrate the comprehensive quality training and practice innovation ability into the teaching link,conveying high quality interdisciplinary talents for the society.
