摘  要:ChatGPT作为一种生成式的人工智能技术,通过深度学习大模型和海量数据训练,使得智能系统能够像人类一样理解、交流和回答问题。ChatGPT的快速发展会给知识的生产、传播、传授的方式带来巨大变迁。通过把ChatGPT与超声规范化培训教学相结合,设计了一套基于ChatGPT辅助学习的方法,包括使用ChatGPT制订个性化的超声基础知识学习计划、生成定制化学习内容、开展课堂教学模拟和学习效果评测等。通过ChatGPT构建的智能化辅助教学模式是一种个性化、自助式、交互式的学习方式,能够满足学生的多样化需求,从而提高学习效率,降低学习成本。ChatGPT辅助教学能够实现知识技能获取方式的多样化,通过模拟临床决策为实践提供指导,推进优质医疗教育资源的共享,对于提升医疗教学活动质量具有重要价值。ChatGPT,as a generative artificial intelligence technology,aims to enable intelligent systems to understand,communicate,and answer questions like humans through deep learning of large models and massive data training.The rapid development of ChatGPT will bring significant changes to the way in which knowledge is produced,disseminated,and imparted.In this paper,ChatGPT is applied to the standardized ultrasonic training and teaching,and a set of ChatGPT-based assisted learning methods are designed,including using ChatGPT to develop a personalized ultrasound basic knowledge learning plan,generating customized learning content,carrying out classroom teaching simulation and learning effect evaluation.The intelligent assisted teaching mode is a personalized,self-service and interactive learning method,which can meet the diverse needs of students,thereby improving learning efficiency and reducing learning costs.The teaching mode can realize the diversification of knowledge and skill acquisition methods,provide practical guidance through simulated clinical decision-making,and promote the sharing of high-quality medical education resources,which are of great value for improving medical teaching activities.
