摘　　要：为解决小盒烟标取样手工操作效率低下的问题,研发一种新型小盒烟标取样装置。该装置集成烟标定位、裁切、下压和样品编号等功能,能够快速、准确对小盒烟标进行取样,并确保取样数据的稳定性和精确性。该装置结构简单,操作简便,省时省力,可以一次性准确裁切出多个符合标准的检测样品。该装置的投入使用,显著地提高小盒烟标取样效率,有效地保证产品质量。由于烟草辅料检测技术及相关的设备研发在国内仍基本处于空白状态。因此,该装置的研发及应用对相关的设备及技术具有积极的开创及借鉴意义。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in manual sampling of small box cigarette labels,a new type of small box cigarette label sampling device was developed.The device integrates functions such as cigarette label positioning,cutting,pressing,and sample numbering,which can quickly and accurately sample small boxes of cigarette labels and ensure the stability and accuracy of sampling data.The device has simple structure,simple operation,time and effort,and can accurately cut multiple test samples that meet the standard at one time.The putting into use of this device has significantly improved the sampling efficiency of small cigarette labels and effectively ensured product quality.Since the research and development of tobacco excipient testing technology and related equipment is still basically blank in China,the research and development and application of this device have positive pioneering and reference significance for related equipment and technologies.
