摘 要:设备管理通常需要人工通过设备管理信息系统进行管理,存在设备实际安装位置与系统数据不准确,以及还因矿井设备多,人工管理难度高的问题。如何综合应用井下现有的各类系统,实现不同系统数据融合,实现设备管理精准、精细化管理的目标,成为该设计的研究内容。作者结合煤矿的几大系统,分析出精准定位系统更加适合与设备管理系统打通,实现设备位置、历史轨迹的精准跟踪及设备电子围栏管理等功能,有效促进设备管理的准确性、安全性、实时性。Equipment management usually requires manual management through equipment management information systems,which may result in inaccurate installation locations and system data.Additionally,due to the large number of mine equipment,manual management is difficult.The research focus of this design is to comprehensively apply various existing systems underground,achieve data fusion between different systems,and achieve the goal of precise and refined equipment management.The author combines several major systems in coal mines to analyze that precision positioning systems are more suitable for integration with equipment management systems,achieving accurate tracking of equipment location and historical trajectory,electronic fence management,and other functions,effectively promoting the accuracy,safety,and real-time management of equipment.
