摘 要:该文结合江苏省镇江市江苏大学京江学院8#图文中心运维阶段的实际情况,实现BIM技术对运维管理系统的设计与开发,并自主开发出微信小程序用于实现与运维管理相关的具体操作。该文首先分别介绍BIM技术和建筑运维管理的相关概念,通过指出当前阶段建筑行业运维管理阶段技术和方式的局限性,提出将BIM技术引入建筑的运维管理阶段,并阐述将BIM技术结合到运维管理中的显著优势。结果表明,BIM技术推动智能建造在高校建筑管理方面的发展,该研究为BIM技术在高校建筑运维管理中的应用提供参考依据和成功案例。Based on the actual situation of the operation and maintenance stage of the 8#Graphic Center of Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,this paper realizes the design and development of the operation and maintenance management system with BIM technology,and independently develops Weixin Mini Programs to realize specific operations related to operation and maintenance management.The article first introduces the related concepts of BIM technology and building operation and maintenance management respectively.By pointing out the limitations of the technology and methods in the operation and maintenance management stage of the construction industry at the current stage,it proposes to introduce BIM technology into the operation and maintenance management stage of the building,and expounds the significant advantages of integrating BIM technology into operation and maintenance management.The results show that BIM technology promotes the development of intelligent construction in university building management.This research provides a reference basis and successful cases for the application of BIM technology in university building operation and maintenance management.
