摘 要:对比了传统电热板加热和微波消解两种前处理方式对锂矿石中锂元素分析的影响。研究发现,微波消解标准曲线法和标准加入法测定锂元素的平均测定值分别为2.25(10-2)和2.315(10-2),RSD值(n=6)分别为0.537%和0.655%。电热板加热和微波消解前处理标准加入法均比标准曲线法的测定值高,且无论是采用标准曲线法还是标准加入法,微波消解和电热板加热两种前处理方法的结果均在标准物质定值范围内。实验显示:从工作效率、用酸量、人员安全以及对环境的污染等因素综合考虑,采用微波消解前处理标准加入法的测定值更高,消耗酸量更少,尤其是氢氟酸的用量大大减少,处理时间明显减少,且是密闭工作体系,大大降低了环境污染及对操作人员的身体危害。采用微波消解前处理方法对锂矿石样品进行前处理,可以更方便快速地实现锂矿石样品的完全消解,结合原子吸收分光光度计对锂矿石中锂元素进行分析,建立了测定锂矿石样品中锂元素的分析方法。The effects of traditional electric heating and microwave digestion pretreatment methods on the analysis of lithium elements in lithium ores were compared.Research has found that the average measured values of lithium element by microwave digestion standard curve method and standard addition method are 2.25 and 2.315,respectively,with RSD values of 0.537%and 0.655%.The standard addition method for electric heating and microwave digestion pre-treatment has higher measurement values than the standard curve method,and both the microwave digestion and electric heating pre-treatment methods,whether using the standard curve method or the standard addition method,have results that are within the range of standard substance values.The experiment shows that,considering factors such as work efficiency,acid consumption,personnel safety,and environmental pollution,the microwave digestion pre-treatment standard addition method has higher measurement values,less acid consumption,especially the amount of hydrofluoric acid is greatly reduced,the processing time is significantly reduced,and it is a closed working system,greatly reducing environmental pollution and the physical harm to operators.The microwave digestion pre-treatment method is used to preprocess lithium ore samples,which can more conveniently and quickly achieve complete digestion of lithium ore samples.Combined with atomic absorption spectrophotometer,lithium elements in lithium ore are analyzed,and an analytical method for determining lithium elements in lithium ore samples is established.
