摘 要:二氧化钛是一种极具应用潜力的钠离子电池负极材料。为满足人们对钠离子电池性能日益高涨的要求,研发出具有更大可逆比容量及更优异的循环和倍率性能的二氧化钛负极材料具有重大意义。利用氟离子的晶面选择吸附作用,通过一系列的水热方法,设计合成了不同暴露晶面的二氧化钛负极材料,包括分别为{001}晶面和{101}晶面暴露的两种纳米尺寸的二氧化钛材料,以及分别为{001}晶面、{101}晶面和{010}晶面暴露的三种微米尺寸的二氧化钛材料。并且尝试在这些材料可控制备的基础上建立微观结构与其性能之间的关系。本文研究发现{001}暴露晶面确实相对于其他晶面表现出更好的性能,这些应该归功于{001}表面更低的钠离子嵌入势垒,使钠离子在{001}晶面暴露的二氧化钛材料中有更快的扩散速率。这些现象在微米尺寸的材料中表现的更明显,在纳米尺寸材料中则相对不显著,这是因为纳米材料的尺寸效应所造成的。TiO_(2)-based materials have attracted wide research interests as good alternatives for potential application in high power rechargeable lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Therefore,it is quite important to seek for TiO_(2)-based anode materials with outstanding capacity,excellent cycling and rate performance for satisfying the growing demands of NIBs.TiO_(2)anode materials with different exposed different facets were synthesized through a series of hydrothermal treatments by the facet-directing effect of fluoride anion,including two nanosized TiO_(2)samples with dominantly exposed{001}facets and{101}facets,respectively,as well as three microsized TiO_(2)samples with dominantly exposed{001}facets,{001}facets and{001}facets,respectively.The microstructure-property relationship of these materials were discussed.It was found that the{001}facets showed better performance indeed,which can be attributed to their high Sodium ion diffusion efficiency because of lower sodium-inserting barrier.This phenomenon was more apparent to microsized TiO_(2)anodes than to nanosized TiO_(2)ones,arising from the size effect of nanomaterials.
