摘 要:通过电化学阻抗谱,极化曲线以及扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究苯甲酸钠浓度对3003铝合金缓蚀性能的影响,为含有苯甲酸钠的低电导率汽车防冻液提供数据支撑。结果显示,当苯甲酸钠浓度在0~0.8 g/L时,溶液的自腐蚀电流密度逐渐减小,由最初的1.579μA·cm^(-2)减小至0.8 g/L时的0.353μA·cm^(-2),电荷转移电阻逐渐升高,由0 g/L时的264.4Ω·cm^(-2)提升至0.8 g/L时的1129Ω·cm^(-2);当苯甲酸钠的浓度大于1.0 g/L时,溶液自腐蚀电流密度和电荷转移电阻未发生较大变化。当苯甲酸钠浓度为0.8 g/L时,缓蚀效率最高达到77.6%。对3003铝合金进行SEM扫描电镜测试,苯甲酸钠的加入能够有效抑制3003铝合金的腐蚀,当苯甲酸钠浓度为0.8 g/L时,溶液的缓蚀效率最好。The effects of sodium benzoate concentration on the corrosion inhibition properties of 3003 aluminum alloy were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,polarization curve and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),which provided data support for low conductivity automotive antifreeze containing sodium benzoate.The results showed that when the concentration of sodium benzoate was 0 to 0.8 g/L,the self-corrosion current density of the solution gradually decreased,from the initial 1.579μA·cm^(-2)to 0.353μA·cm^(-2)at 0.8 g/L,and the charge transfer resistance gradually increased from 264.4Ω·cm^(-2)at 0 g/L to 1129Ω·cm^(-2)at 0.8 g/L.When the concentration of sodium benzoate was greater than 1.0 g/L,the self-corrosion current density and charge transfer resistance of the solution did not change greatly.When the concentration of sodium benzoate is 0.8 g/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 77.6%at the maximum.SEM test of 3003 aluminum alloy showed that the addition of sodium benzoate could effectively inhibit the corrosion of 3003 aluminum alloy,When the concentration of sodium benzoate is 0.8 g/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the solution is the best.
