摘 要:以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺等为原料,通过反向悬浮聚合法制备聚丙烯酰胺/聚丙烯酸钠吸水树脂。采用单因素控制变量法,探讨了交联剂用量、分散剂用量、单体配比、中和度等因素对树脂吸水倍率的影响,分别在去离子水和pH值不同的缓冲溶液中进行吸水性能测试,并研究了在不同温度下树脂的吸水性能。结果表明合成聚丙烯酰胺/聚丙烯酸钠吸水树脂的最佳工艺条件为:交联剂用量占单体质量的1%,分散剂浓度为1%,丙烯酰胺占单体质量的73%,中和度为80%时,在室温条件下,在pH值为7时树脂拥有最大的吸水性能,且树脂在pH为3的缓冲溶液中收缩,pH为7的缓冲溶液中溶胀,具有较好的pH响应性。并通过扫描电镜对聚丙烯酰胺/聚丙烯酸钠树脂与形态方面进行了表征。Polyacrylamide/sodium polyacrylate absorbent resin was prepared by reverse suspension polymerization using acrylic acid and acrylamide as raw materials.The influence of the amount of crosslinking agent,the amount of dispersant,the proportion of monomer and the degree of neutralization on the water absorption rate of the resin was investigated by using single factor control variable method.The water absorption performance of the resin was tested in deionized water and buffer solution with different pH value,and the water absorption performance of the resin was studied at different temperatures.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of polyacrylamide/sodium polyacrylate water absorbent resin were as follows:when the amount of crosslinking agent accounted for 1%of the monomer mass,the concentration of dispersant was 1%,acrylamide accounted for 73%of the monomer mass,and the neutralization degree was 80%,the resin had the greatest water absorption performance at room temperature at pH 7,and the resin shrank in the buffer solution with pH 3.The buffer solution with pH 7 swelling has good pH response.The morphology of polyacrylamide/sodium polyacrylate resin was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.
